If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our Service within the first 30 daysof your purchase, you may request a full refund. No quizzes, no penalties, no questions asked. We'd rather have a confident decision than a reluctant customer.
2. How to request a refund

- Include your order number or the email used at checkout.
- We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days.
3. What's eligible
- Courses and digital products — full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Physical merchandise (Print-on-Demand) — covered by the manufacturer's policy for defects and shipping errors. Items personalized to your order are typically non-refundable unless defective.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit to your statement.
