Pilot Prep Onlineis committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We're working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
1. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks for assistive technologies.
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the platform — interactive elements are reachable and operable without a mouse.
- Color contrast tuned to meet AA contrast ratios for body text and interactive elements.
- Form fields with associated labels and error messaging.
- Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
2. Known limitations
We're a small team and are continually improving. Areas we're actively working on include:
- Captions and transcripts on legacy video content. New videos ship with captions; older lessons are being captioned over time.
- Some embedded third-party content (Stripe checkout, video players) is governed by the vendor's accessibility implementation.
3. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Pilot Prep Online, please tell us so we can fix it. Email support@pilotpreponline.com with the page URL, a description of the issue, and any assistive technology you're using. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to remediate critical issues within 30 days.
4. Conformance status
Pilot Prep Onlineis partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard.
