The courses, study guides, quizzes, videos, AI-generated explanations, and other materials available through Pilot Prep Online are designed to help prepare students for FAA written knowledge exams and to supplement formal flight training. They are not a substitute for:

Instruction from an FAA-certificated flight or ground instructor (CFI / CFII / MEI).
Official FAA publications including the Airman Certification Standards (ACS), Practical Test Standards (PTS), Pilot's Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge (PHAK), Airplane Flying Handbook (AFH), and current Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR/AIM).
Aircraft Pilot's Operating Handbook (POH) and manufacturer guidance.
Current weather briefings, NOTAMs, and pre-flight planning specific to your flight.

2. No flight-decision authority

Nothing on Pilot Prep Online should be relied upon as the sole basis for any aeronautical decision, including but not limited to go/no-go decisions, in-flight emergencies, weight and balance, performance calculations, fuel planning, or airspace navigation. The pilot-in-command (PIC) is solely responsible for the safe conduct of every flight pursuant to 14 CFR § 91.3.

We make every effort to keep content current, but FAA regulations, publications, and procedures change. Material on Pilot Prep Online may not reflect the most recent amendments. Always verify against current official sources before applying any procedure or regulation.

4. AI-generated content

Some explanations, study aids, and recommendations on the platform are generated or augmented by AI systems. AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date statements. Independently verify any AI-generated content against the official FAA references before relying on it for training, testing, or flight.
